With continued diligence in cleaning practices, Family Care Center has new procedures and practices that will keep patients and staff safe as in-person visits increase.
Masks are required at our facility for patients, visitors and staff. If you are medically unable to wear a mask, you are encouraged to call our office prior to your scheduled time to let us know so we can assist you in adapting your appointment to a telehealth or car-side visit.

Jonathan Goodnight, MD
Jonathan Goodnight, MD, is a native of Taylorsville and is happy to serve the community he calls home. He is a graduate of the Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. He completed his residency in family medicine in Bristol, TN.
Hannah Hefner, MPAS, PA-C
Hannah Hefner, MPAS, PA-C began working at the Family Care Center in 2015. As an Alexander County native, she feels that it is a true honor to return to the area and serve.
Joel R Inman, MD, FAAFP
Dr. Joel R. Inman is a graduate of Davidson College and the East Carolina University School of Medicine. He is a native of Alexander County. After serving in the Navy for 2 years, he joined Family Care Center in 1997. He serves as Medical Director for Alexander County EMS.
Jeffrey A Katz, PA-C, DFAAPA
Jeffrey Katz, PA-C, DFAAPA, has been in practice since 1979 and joined Family Care Center in 1995. He believes in a family centered approach to health care. He treats multiple generations of families from newborns to great grandparents.
Stephanie Little, FNP-C
Stephanie Little has worked in the nursing field for over 13 years with experience in public health, pediatrics and women’s health. She has worked as a nurse practitioner since 2016 with experience in primary and acute care of all age ranges.

Physicians from Statesville Cardiovascular Center see patients at FCC Taylorsville on Tuesdays. Dr. James Bradford is here Tuesday mornings from 9:00 - 11:45.
